While we’re sure you will love the shoes you’ve ordered, we understand that you might need to return or exchange them. Returns or exchanges will be gladly accepted within 30 days of original purchase for non-sale items and 7 days for sale items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Merchandise may be returned if defective, unwashed, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and in sellable condition. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Purchases made at arcoiris-me.com can be returned and or exchanged to arcoiris-me.com and at our Pop-up locations. For the best service please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number in the subject box, prior to returning your items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If approved, you are free to choose the new merchandise desired based on the returned stock bought price. Therefore, if you have purchased your stock in a promotion or sale that amount will be used against that exchange, not the original amount. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over 275 AED ($75), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
